Sloth Bear

This morning we spotted a sloth bear entering a culvert under the road and when we drove up he moved around our vehicle to the rear and crossed the road behind us. Even though the Parks in Central India do not have the numbers or diversity of wildlife, we were very happy to have seen a sloth bear, Bengal tiger, guar, jungle cats, Asian golden jackal, four species of deer, including the endangered Barasingha and a few more species.
