In July of 2018, I was diagnosed with HPV throat cancer (caused by a virus). Slowed me down for the rest of 2018 while I had treatment at the wonderful Cleveland Clinic. In total, I had six chemos and 35 radiation treatments. By Novenber 1, I was feeling pretty good and back to eating almost normally. Sarah was very attentive throughout the whole process. While they never say "cured", 90% of patients have no evidence of desease after treatment.
